Senior Internal Controller
Job Description
Silent Believers Distribution, a leading FMCG distribution player in Morocco, is accelerating its transformation and strengthening its governance. We are looking for a Senior Internal Controller to lead the structuring of internal control, secure operations, and support the Group’s performance sustainably in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and structure the internal control framework
- Formalize procedures and deploy key controls
- Identify, analyze, and map financial & operational risks
- Participate in inventory exercises and internal/external audits
- Support teams in continuous process improvement
- Strengthen the culture of control and compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in internal control and/or audit
- 3+ years in an audit firm (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO)
- Excellent risk mapping skills
- Solid understanding of finance & operational processes
- FMCG sector experience (mandatory)
- Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
